I love the morning and unfortunately have not made getting up earlier a priority for myself. When I think about something I want to change in my life this always comes up. I am a morning person and in times of my life I have gotten up early I feel so much better for it. So I take this as a sign from the Universe as a clue to my success and I’m going to work on making it happen. We don’t have daylight savings in Perth so the sun is up very very very early here!!! I’m finding I’m waking up earlier without meaning to. I’m currently just lying in bed thinking about getting up earlier than I would normally like to, you’ve almost convinced me. I saw Tony Robbins speak in September, he’s very big on a morning priming exercise to start the day- you’ve made me motivated to start trying to get myself up earlier before the rest of the house!

I would never think of myself as a morning person, but every time I am out of the house early I see the benefit! I agree will all your points.. but especially breakfast. Along with plenty of sleep, eating breakfast is a keystone to good health.
